Terms and Conditions for Confirmed Bookings

To help us provide the best possible service to you our customers and as a courtesy to our therapists we need to apply the following terms and condition

1. To secure a booking details of a valid Credit Card are necessary
2. Payment on securing credit card will be taken up to 1 week prior to booking date unless paying cash.
3. A $50 deposit is required on confirmation of bookings
4. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a cancellation of a confirmed booking, to receive full payment or deposit refund,
5. Confirmed booking cancellation policy
a. For less than 48 hours notice given 25% of the Pamper Me service booked is non refundable
b. For less than 24 hours notice given 50% of the Pamper Me service booked is non refundable.
c. For less than 12 hours notice given Payment in full of the Pamper Me service booked re required
6. If clients are running late for their Pamper Me service and therapists are required to wait, the time of their service will be reduced, or     a $25 penalty rate will apply for every 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time.
7. Payment Options are
a. Payment in full by the Credit Card securing the booking.
b. Cash on the Day
c. Direct deposit a minimum of 48 hours before booking
8. Pamper Party and Group Bookings over $500 wishing to pay cash on the day a 25% deposit is required,
9. If paying Cash on the day, we ask that you have correct amount, as therapists do not carry change, and for Pamper Party Bookings you appoint one person to collect payment.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ON THE DAY OTHER THAN THE CREDIT CARD SECURING THE BOOKING
